Fylde Coast Vets have begun a trial of using teamer.net for match and event organisation. The new web-based solution is free to use and has so far proved to be superb.

For every upcoming match we select our squad of 14 plus our standby players. All 14 first team squad members are then sent an email and a text message (for free) by the system asking them to confirm attendance. Once a player responds by SMS, email or web he is marked by the system as available or not for that game. If unavailable, the system automatically sends an invite to the first reserve in line, until we have our squad of 14.

Neck and neck at the top of our League at fantasy.premierleague.com. It's free and once you have registered use the code 503563-127893 to join the Fylde Coast Vets private league. Surely Gilo can't keep the lead lads - even though he does know more about football than the lot of you put together?

We might decide to have a prize each month for the best manager but it will definitely be good for bragging rights on a sunday morning. Dead easy to do as well, and free!

Our spies have managed to grab a quick preview of the new Vets kit, to be officially unveiled in time for the first ever Fylde Coast Vets match on Sunday 11th July. Sporting our kit sponsor's logo it has been made from a revolutionary new material.

New Club Crest Launched

FYLDE COAST VETS FC have commissioned a new club crest to celebrate the launch of the football club.

Based on Blackpool FC's colours and blatantly stealing Blackpool FC's old Blackpool Tower symbol, the design is sure to wow fans.

Look out for club merchandise coming soon including t-shirts, caps, y-fronts (for Jimmy Shaw), thongs (for Daz Hulme), training tops and more.
